Where we deliver
We currently accept delivery orders to the United States only. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see available services. We do not promise delivery to every remote address or special address type; if an address cannot be served, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or refund the unshipped order.

The free standard shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Charges and availability shown at checkout apply to your order.
Processing and transit are separate
Allow 5–10 business days to process an order before shipment. Standard shipping generally takes a further 10–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are added together: the estimated standard order-to-delivery period is 15–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Expedited shipping costs $7.99. It does not shorten the stated processing period, and we do not promise a specific expedited arrival date. Contact us before ordering if timing is important.
Tracking and order changes
When tracking becomes available, shipment information will be sent to the email used for your order. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives a parcel. Check your email address and delivery details carefully. For an address correction or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. We can only make changes before the order reaches the relevant fulfillment stage; a request does not guarantee cancellation.
Delays, loss and damage
Weather, carrier disruption, customs and peak periods can extend delivery. If tracking appears stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with your household and the carrier, then contact us so we can investigate. Keep the packaging and take clear photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Do not return an item without first receiving return instructions.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Any import duties or other charges not collected at checkout, where legally payable by the recipient, remain the recipient's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
