FAQ
Where do you ship?
We currently offer delivery to the United States. Available shipping methods appear at checkout.
What does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. All prices are USD. Taxes are separate where applicable.
How long should I allow?
Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes another 10–15 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 15–25 business days. Expedited service does not come with an unconfirmed arrival promise. See our shipping policy.
Are plants and pots included?
Plants, pots and room accessories shown are styling props unless a listing expressly includes them. Collection images are generated design visualizations, not photographs of inspected stock.
Where can I find measurements or load limits?
Use only confirmed product details and instructions. We do not infer specifications from images. If a listing does not provide the detail you need, email us before choosing.
Can a stand be used outside?
Do not assume outdoor suitability or weather resistance. Follow the actual product's instructions. Protect surfaces from standing water.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email your order number promptly. We can only make changes before the relevant fulfillment stage, so a request does not guarantee cancellation.
How do returns work?
Request a return by email within 30 days after receipt. Buyers pay return shipping for personal preference returns. For damaged or incorrect goods, contact us for review and instructions. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after return receipt and inspection; bank posting takes additional time. See our return policy.
How do I contact you?
Email service@felnovia.com or use our contact page. Include your order number if relevant, but never send full payment credentials.
