Using the website
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or act with appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code or misuse another person's information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.
Product information and images
We aim to describe products clearly. Colors can vary with lighting and screen settings. Generated product images are design visualizations and do not establish inspected stock, dimensions, material, load capacity or certifications. Plants, pots and accessories are styling props unless expressly included. Ask us about missing information before purchasing; do not rely on assumptions from an image.
Prices, payments and orders
Store prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Submitting an order requests a purchase; an automated acknowledgement does not establish dispatch. If an error, availability problem or suspected fraud prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled amount. We do not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Shipping, changes and returns
Our shipping policy and return policy explain costs, estimates, cancellation requests and returns. Processing and transit periods are separate. Estimated arrival times are not guarantees. No policy removes mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Safe use
Use plant stands only according to the actual product instructions and confirmed limits. Place them on a stable level surface. Do not climb, sit or stand on them, overload shelves or assume suitability for outdoor or wet locations. Keep arrangements away from children and pets who may climb or pull on them. Protect surfaces from water.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Our original store content and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission or a lawful basis. Third-party names and services belong to their respective owners. Links do not imply endorsement. Shopify hosts the store, and payments and delivery may involve independent service providers under their applicable terms.
Privacy and responsibility
Our privacy policy explains personal information processing. We take reasonable care in providing the store. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, circumstances outside reasonable control or unrelated third-party sites.
